What is a 'Meet and Greet'?
A 'meet and greet' is where I meet you and you dog, either in your home, or out on a walk, to see if we are the right fit. These are a free service where you can ask any questions you might have.

What do you do in bad weather?
Rain or shine we will still walk your dog. If the weather is torrential rain, or scorching heat we will reschedule, or we can do a drop-in visit instead.

Where will you walk my dog?
All walks are carried out in parks and green spaces where it is safe for your dog. Typically, if your dog has a favourite walk, we will walk there, but  we do like to let your dog explore new places.

My dog is nervous/reactive, will you still be able to walk him?
Yes, if your dog is nervous/reactive we will do Solo Walks where we can work on building confidence and working on triggers.

Do I need to be at home when you collect or drop off my dog?
No, a lot of my clients are happy for me to hold keys which enables us to collect and drop off your dog whilst you are not home. All keys are kept secure and have nothing more than your dogs name on.

Can I have occasional walks?
Absolutely! We are happy to offer ad-hoc walks and are flexible when it comes to booking.

Is there a cancellation policy?
As long as you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the booking, there will be no cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

What happens in an emergency?
In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to reach you and urgent veterinary care is required we will take the dog to your nominated practice or the nearest vet, depending on circumstances
